Signing in

Enter your email in the app and open the link we send on the same iPhone. No link? Check spam, then ask for a new one. Links expire after a short time and work once.

Tracking with your phone

Allow location Always when asked, so tracking keeps going with the screen off. The app records a position about every 5 minutes. To stop, open the event and tap Stop tracking.

Tracking with a SPOT device

In the event, choose SPOT and paste the link to your SPOT shared page, or your feed ID. Positions show on the map a few minutes after your SPOT sends them.

Followers can't see anything

The map shows positions only while the event is live. Check the start time, and that tracking is on.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Account from the events list and tap Delete account. This deletes your account and your events, with their tracks, photos and updates. It can't be undone. You can also email us to ask.
